We are seeking for a self-motivated, high-energy team member to work in our Customer Service Department who are committed to delivering outstanding support to our customers and patients. Applicant Requirements:
Ability to multitask.
Strong organizational skills
Able to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
High level knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Able utilize sufficient typing skills to ensure timely and accurate data entry.
Ability to work with and deescalate frustrated customers
Minimum of a high school diploma
Exceptional phone skills
Responsibilities:
Answer inbound calls
Outbound calls to customers
Work with customers to take orders and coordinate deliveries with drivers
Data entry into our CRM and patient record systems
Communication across all departments
Troubleshooting DME with customer over the phone
Educate customers about the appropriate medical equipment to meet their needs
Help coordinate with patients and providers
Working in office setting

Position is Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.
