Operate a non-commercial vehicle on local routes
Ride along with experienced Class A Drivers on regional deliveries
Study for your temporary permit and attend CDL school—on us
Build product knowledge and route familiarity in a dynamic, fast-paced setting
Make multiple deliveries daily while honing your driving and customer service skills
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED.
21 years or older.
Ability to pass a driving and criminal background check, DOT physical, and drug test.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record – No OVI’s.
Physical ability to lift 35lbs on average consistently, bend, twist, and climb.
Ability to obtain Class A within 3 months of hire.
Compensation:
$210.00 per day.
After you obtain your Class A and are certified, and have met all of the training expectations:
1 Day Route $315 per day
2-Day Route $367.50 per day
3 and 4 Day Routes - $378 per day
Quarterly Safety Bonus – $350.00
Schedule & Hours:
4-5 day work week with the possibility of 2 days overnight
Dependent on available and scheduled routes
