What You’ll Do:
Support the Store Leader in overseeing all aspects of store operations, including staffing, inventory, merchandising, and cash handling
Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining a welcoming, clean, and safe store environment
Assist with hiring, training, and developing store associates
Help drive sales and manage store performance through daily, weekly, and monthly goals
Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and standards
What We’re Looking For:
High school diploma or equivalent (required); associate’s or bachelor’s degree is a plus
1+ years of experience in retail, food service, or customer service
Strong leadership skills and a passion for team development
Dependability, initiative, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
