Job Description

We Are a Penn State Alumni Owned and Operated Catering and Private Chef Consulting Company. We match qualified candidates with fraternities or sororities at Penn State University and also operate a Catering Kitchen in State College, PA. We are seeking to hire qualified individauls who have a passion to cook unique and varying items daily. Great benefits of working with our company allow you to enjoy most nights and weekends off, many holidays off, and overtime available for special events outside your normal scheduled hours.

Requirements:

Be reliable & Punctual

Have reliable transportation

Work a set schedule Monday through Friday 9am-6pm

ServSafe Certification or capable of obtaining the certification

Knowledge of food safety and proper food storage

Scratch cooking knowledge and the ability to make soups, sauces, and gravies daily

Ability to self manage and problem solve

Culinary degrees/certificates preferred not required

Have your own Knife Kit

We are a Penn State Alumni owned and operated fraternity chef & catering company at Penn State University in State College, PA. We operate contract food service during the Fall & Spring Semesters. During the summer months we transition into primarily special event catering and are looking for the right person to add to our team.
