UX Designer

Description

Job Title: UX Designer

Duties:

Collaborate with research teams, senior stakeholders, product managers, and engineers to generate ideas, strategies, and user-centric solutions.

Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma, adhering to the established Design System.

Incorporate user research and testing insights to inform and validate design decisions.

Challenge existing processes and advocate for user-centered solutions by addressing root issues.

Prepare and deliver high-quality design assets to engineering teams with clear implementation guidance.

Offer ongoing support during development through regular UX reviews to ensure design accuracy and quality.

Stay informed on emerging UX practices, tools, and innovations to enhance design processes.

Ensure all design outputs meet ADA/WCAG accessibility standards.

Manage project timelines by identifying risks and escalating issues when necessary to meet deadlines.

Maintain and update the organization's Design System to ensure it remains current and effective.

Lead design projects focused on global corporate payment management software, delivering user-centric solutions.

Collaborate with cross-functional design teams to ensure consistency across all organizational design outputs.

Present and review design work with executive leadership, balancing user needs with business objectives.

Continuously refine user experiences to align with customer expectations and organizational goals.

Requirement: Applicants must have a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Applications, Information Technology, Engineering (any), or related fields. Travel/relocation required as jobs will be performed at various unanticipated locations throughout the United States.
