Job Description:
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Assist Loan Officer by following up on documents and reviewing income.
· Receive, collect, and distribute information common for processing and underwriting mortgage loans.
· Track all outstanding items on all files and follow up with customers to ensure timely receipt of necessary documentation.
· Responsible for assisting with the administrative duties related to client relationships and identifying client service and sales needs.
· Execute initial setup of loan application.
· Other duties or special projects as assigned.
Requirements:
· High School Diploma or equivalent
· Previous loan processing experience a plus
· Strong ability to prioritize and re-prioritize work on day-to-day basis.
· Excellent communication skills -- phone, personal contact and written.
· Must possess good judgment, be able to accept responsibility and handle confidential information.
· Attendance, promptness, professionalism, the ability to pay attention to detail, cooperativeness with co-workers and management, and excellent customer service.
Compensation ranges from $15-20/Hour
