Job Description

Minimum 1+ years intrepreter experience required.

An opportunity is available for a skilled Sign Language Interpreter to support students in a K-12 educational environment located in Wabash, IN. This contract position is designed for the full school year, allowing for meaningful engagement and munication facilitation for students who are deaf or hard of hearing.

Qualifications:

Certification as a Sign Language Interpreter (e.g., NIC, RIT, EIPA).

Proficient in American Sign Language (ASL) with strong munication skills.

Previous experience interpreting in educational settings, particularly with K-12 students.

Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and students to enhance learning experiences.

Familiarity with various educational curricula and the needs of diverse student populations.
