About the Role:
LHH is seeking experienced and career-focused Call Center Representatives to join our Customer Care Team! If you're passionate about helping people, love working in a fast-paced environment, and have a proven track record of job stability in recent call center roles, we want to hear from you.
What You'll Do:
Deliver excellent customer service to customers regarding violations.
Use systems and resources to resolve inquiries accurately on the first contact.
Demonstrate empathy, professionalism, and clarity in every customer interaction.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our services, products, and processes.
Meet performance goals including productivity, quality, schedule adherence, and customer satisfaction.
What We Look For:
Recent experience in a high-volume call center(required)
Strong job tenure a minimum 2+ years in recent roles
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
A self-starter mindset with a strong work ethic
A team player with a positive, solutions-first attitude
Pay Details: $17.00 to $20.00 per hour
