Title: Continuous Improvement Manager Location: Omaha, NE Compana Pet Brands is a global leader in pet care and nutrition dedicated to enriching the lives of pets and their families today and for generations to come.

We are actively seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager to join our growing organization and help us Nurture What You Love!

This role's primary responsibility will be to lead Continuous Improvement (CI) efforts and coaching for the site.

This role will own the building and maintaining of a culture of continuous improvement, operational excellence and delivering business goals using recognized CI tools within the site.

As our Continuous Improvement Manager, you'll make an impact by: Developing structured processes for problem solving that engage the team at all levels to use data to drive continuous improvement within the site(s) and quantify results.

Generating workstreams at the site that drive quantifiable improvements towards annual Productivity goals.

Championing the use of Operational Feedback System (OFS) within the site.

Building a culture of CI that uses shop floor metrics to drive results.

Spearheading CI related Capital Expenditure (CapEx) requests, leading the capital projects where appropriate Building and maintaining a foundation for continuous improvement at the site by ensuring the effective functioning of transformation activities aligned to the Lean process.

Leading change initiatives with direct coaching and lead cross-functional teams, especially in productivity, efficiency, and waste elimination (root cause analysis, Kaizen, Plan -Do-Check-Act or PDCA) projects.

Delivering and monitoring quantifiable KPIs including OEE, Line Downtime, Cost, First Pass Quality, Changeover Management and Process Control Systems What you need to succeed: Effectively communicate in English, in both verbal and written forms Bachelor's degree in related field, Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering preferred Minimum 5 years continuous improvement experience in production and/or quality control environment Advanced computer skills using MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint), other programs such as Alchemy and Operational Feedback System (OFS). Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to resolve conflict, drive change management and project governance.

Ability to lead mentor, coach, facilitate and influence others with or without direct authority.
