Software Developer – Frontend

We are seeking a passionate junior frontend developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have some background in web development, a keen eye for design, and a general understanding of user experience principles. You will collaborate closely with our backend developers, designers, and product managers to create seamless and visually appealing web applications.Primary Responsibilities

Develop and implement user-friendly web interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Collaborate with designers to translate UI/UX wireframes into responsive, high-quality code.

Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.

Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.

Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Troubleshoot and debug issues across browsers and devices.Skills/Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

0-2 years of professional experience in frontend development.

Proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks (e.g. Angular, React, Vue.js).

Experience with version control systems like Git.

Strong understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first development.

Familiarity with CSS preprocessors (e.g., SASS, LESS).

Knowledge of RESTful APIs and integration with frontend services.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication and teamwork abilities.Preferred Qualifications

Experience with frontend testing frameworks (e.g., Jasmine, Jest, Mocha, Cypress).

Understanding of build tools and task runners (e.g., Webpack, Gulp).

Experience with frontend performance optimization.

Knowledge of TypeScript.

Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

Previous experience in a fast-paced startup environment.
