24-hour call, 7:00 am to 7:00 am

Inpatient Setting

Required Procedures: Surgical traumas (Cranial and Spine)

Credentialing Timeframe: 0 to 30 days

Electronic Medical Records [EMR]: Epic

Colorado State Medical License
