Automation Personnel Services is looking forSecond Shift Assemblers for a globally recognized manufacturing facility based in Smyrna, GA. In this role, you will primarily be responsible for performing an array of duties related to small parts assembly of products.

This is a globally recognized company with a team-based environment looking for long term associates to join their growing organization.

Pay Rate

$17.90 per hour

Schedule and Hours

Monday through Friday, 1:30 pm to 9:30 pm.

Second Shift Assemblers' Duties and Responsibilities

• Assemble products according to company procedures on assembly line, in a team and quota-based environment.

• Build, inspect, and install subassembly.

• Extensive tool usage including hand torque drills, small punches and other various sized and shaped hand tools used to install small components into the firearms.

• Clean and inspect products.

• Ensure that all documentation is correct, including quantities and other records.

• Maintain the assembly work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition.

Second Shift Assemblers' Qualifications and Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

• 1-3 years of handgun or small part assembly experience required.

• Experience with hand tools.

• Pay close attention to details while being organized and able to meet deadlines.

• Work part of a team and independently.

• Understand and practice safety policies and procedures.

• Drug screening and background checks are required.
