What You'll Do
Advanced Testing & Analysis: Perform high-level diagnostic testing on blood, tissue, and body fluid specimens using state-of-the-art laboratory techniques.
Instrument Calibration & Maintenance: Operate, calibrate, and troubleshoot advanced laboratory equipment to ensure optimal performance and accuracy.
Result Interpretation: Analyze and interpret results, collaborating closely with medical staff to support accurate diagnoses and treatment decisions.
Quality Assurance: Ensure lab operations meet regulatory standards (CLIA, CAP, etc.) through routine audits and quality control procedures.
Leadership & Mentorship: Provide guidance and oversight to lab technicians, contributing to a culture of learning, safety, and collaboration. What We're Looking For
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Clinical Laboratory Science, or a related field. Certifications:
ASCP certification (MLS, CLS, or MT) or equivalent (e.g., AMT).
New grads eligible for certification are encouraged to apply. Skills & Qualifications:
Comprehensive understanding of lab techniques, equipment, and safety protocols
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in Laboratory Information Systems (LIS) and data entry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
