Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Senior Model Based Systems Engineer to join our team! In this role you will get to perform high fidelity analysis and assessment of the Ground Based-Mid Course Defense (GMD) Weapon System integration into the Ballistic Missile Defense System (BMDS).

What You'll Be Doing:

Implementing and iterating system architecture models in SysML

Adapting and executing configurable digital representations of the GMD system

Analytical post-processing and interpretation of objective evidence.

Concurrent use of requirements from DOORS and architecture from SysML, using Cameo DataHub

Generate and maintain analysis scripts utilizing Matlab, Perl, Linux

Utilize customer's High Fidelity Dashboard Visualization Tool

Produce and brief High Fidelity Analysis Report to IPT

Automation/integration of component tools (and associated data) into workflows

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

Master of Science (STEM) and 12+ years of related experience

Active Secret Clearance

Must have an understanding of System Engineering and iterative product development using Agile practices.

Must have a working knowledge of Linux and Matlab

Must have experience participating in requirements development and capability assessments

Experience in scripting and automated test development

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

MDA Experience

Security Clearance Requirement:

An active Secret security clearance is required for this position.

Salary Range: $120,800.00 - $217,400.00
