Element Electronics is looking to hire a Logistics 3PL Assistant to join our team! We are looking for a professional who is interested and experienced in handling outbound shipments with efficiency and precision on a daily basis. As a Logistics 3PL Assistant at Element Electronics, your job responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Auditing shipping documents such as packing lists, bills of lading, commercial invoice, shipping label etc. to route shipments.
Follow-up closely with 3PL warehouse and carrier for ocean container delivery and empty container return status.
Provide report, forecast and analysis as required.
Daily ERP data input for inbound and outbound activity, report downloading and analysis. (Oracle Netsuite experience is a plus)
Comparing and negotiating freight quotes to provide the most economical transport of goods and meet customer or company requirements.
Scheduling freight pick-ups as required.
Communicating with sales team and other department regarding order status.
Performing inventory count as needed.
Any add-on duty assigned by manager. Requirements
A bachelor's degree is preferred.
1-2 years of Logistics experience is required.
Ability to commute/relocate - Chino, CA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Proficiency in English and Chinese is preferred.
Detail-oriented with highly effective communication skills.
Strong planning, organizational, and follow up skills.
Ability to work in a dynamic multicultural environment.
