Job Title: Systems Engineer, II - AI/ML/UX Focus
Primary Location: Ft. Meade, MD
Security Clearance: TS/SCI with Polygraph
Schedule: Full-time, 5 days on-site

Basic Qualifications:
An individual must meet the following criteria to be considered:
U.S. Citizen
Pass a background investigation.
Possess a currently active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance.
Bachelor's degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or a related discipline.
Fourteen (14) Years of experience in programs and/or contracts of similar scope within the Federal Government; Five (5) years of additional experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree (for a total of 19 years) Required Skills / Domains:

Integration & Testing Key Job Functions:
Developing and testing AI-infused foreign language workflows, soliciting system requirements and mission needs, and creating high-level workflow diagrams.
UX research and design, information gathering, and determining data connectivity, storage, and processing requirements.
Supporting planning, development, integration, testing, and evaluation of prototypes and systems and updating and maintaining comprehensive plans.
Analyzes user requirements, concept of operations documents, and high-level system architectures to develop system requirements specifications.
Analyzes system requirements and leads design and development activities.
Guides users in formulating requirements, advises alternative approaches and conducts feasibility studies.
Provides technical leadership for the integration of requirements, design, and technology.
Incorporates new plans, designs, and systems into ongoing operations.
Works as part of a team with project managers and customers to fulfill requirements.
Develops technical documentation.
Develops system Architecture and system design documentation.
Guides system development and implementation planning through assessment or preparation of system engineering management plans and system integration and test plans.
Interacts with the Government regarding Systems Engineering technical considerations and associated problems, issues, or conflicts. Benefits:
