Position Overview
Sales Engine is hiring Marketing Engineers to coach and consult with owners of home service businesses across North America. You’ll be part strategist, part operator, part accountability coach—responsible for delivering direct marketing insights and leading clients toward consistent sales growth.
This is a remote role that requires daily Zoom-based meetings and a highly professional, distraction-free setup. If you thrive in a client-facing, high-energy environment, you’ll love it here.
Responsibilities
Monitor marketing and sales performance for assigned clients
Identify bottlenecks and missed opportunities in sales pipelines
Lead structured Zoom sessions to coach clients on marketing and sales systems
Execute or guide the setup of digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, etc.)
Create actionable recommendations that drive predictable growth
Maintain strong relationships and clear communication with business owners
Qualifications
3–5 years of digital marketing experience
Hands-on knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital platforms
Experience with CRM tools and sales pipeline management
Strong understanding of sales and marketing fundamentals
Excellent communication and executive presence on video
Bonus: direct sales experience or background in home services marketing
Compensation & Benefits
Starting salary: $60,000/year
Earnings grow to $90,000+ once you can consistently deliver major results
