Key Responsibilities

Input and update data in various systems and databases.

Verify the accuracy of data before and after input.

Maintain and organize files and records for easy retrieval.

Assist in preparing data reports for management as required.

Respond to inquiries regarding data issues and discrepancies.

Collaborate with team members to improve data entry processes.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

High school diploma or equivalent; further education in data management is a plus.

Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar position.

Excellent typing skills with a high degree of accuracy.

Proficient in MS Office Suite and data management software.

Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors quickly.

Effective time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
