AI Engineer (Remote - Arizona-Based Company)

Our client, a leading real estate technology company, has engaged us to find a talented AI Engineer to join their team. They are a technology-first enterprise that powers agents, brokerages, and franchisees through a proprietary end-to-end cloud-based platform designed to streamline real estate transactions.

As they look to enhance and optimize their homegrown systems, they are hiring their first AI-focused team member to explore practical AI applications within their platform. This is not a generative AI role but rather an opportunity for someone who can experiment and identify ways AI can improve internal business processes and decision-making.

About the Role:

This is an individual contributor (IC) position, working closely with product development teams to assess, experiment with, and implement AI-driven process improvements within the company`s technology stack. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, understands business operations, and can proactively explore AI applications beyond generative AI, including automation, predictive analytics, and workflow optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify opportunities where AI can enhance existing technology systems and improve operational efficiency.

Develop and implement AI/ML models that drive automation and optimize business processes.

Work closely with product and engineering teams to integrate AI solutions into the company's existing infrastructure.

Leverage data-driven insights to improve workflow automation and decision-making.

Stay ahead of AI trends and technologies to propose innovative solutions that align with business needs. Qualifications:

4+ years of AI/ML experience, preferably in a SaaS or business-focused environment.

Strong understanding of AI applications beyond generative AI, such as automation, predictive modeling, recommendation systems, and NLP.

Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar AI/ML frameworks.

Experience deploying AI solutions within real-world business applications.

Ability to work independently, identify opportunities, and drive AI initiatives from concept to implementation.
