Lead ground-up projects in multifamily, senior living, or mixed-use construction

Manage projects valued at $25M+ from start to finish

Maintain project schedules, ensuring timely and on-budget delivery

Collaborate with Superintendents, Subcontractors, and Owners for smooth execution

Keep daily logs and manage change orders in a timely manner

Identify and solve potential project challenges proactively

What We’re Looking For:

10+ years of experience in a lead Project Manager role

Proven experience managing $25M+ projects in multifamily or similar sectors

Strong leadership and communication skills

Authorized to work in the U.S.
