Operations Manager

Responsibilities:

The Operations Manager will lead and develop personnel to deliver sustainable, competitive cost while maintaining safety, compliance, and asset integrity.

Aligns operations with business objectives.

Preparation and implementation of process improvement projects.

Prepare and deliver an annual unit budget for output, cost, quality, and capital spending.

Promote and sponsor safety programs and committees for initiatives.

Stimulate awareness for process safety across unit personnel.

Participate in PHA/HAZOP sessions.

Facilitate area meetings and regular briefings to unit team.

Develop capital program ensuring project priority, cost, and timeline meets business objectives.

Relocation provided. $140K-$170K. Requirements:

The Operations Manager will have a BS degree with an engineering major and 10+ years in chemical manufacturing.

5+ years of operations leadership/supervisory experience.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Knowledge of the petrochemical industry is preferred.

Must be legally eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.
