About the role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Logistics Coordinator to support our Gearbox Remanufacturing Facility. This individual will manage all logistics activities, including international freight, LTL, and flatbed shipments, ensuring compliance, cost-efficiency, and on-time delivery. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong ERP experience, and enjoys cross-functional collaboration with internal teams and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee international freight, LTL, and flatbed inbound/outbound shipments
Establish and maintain long-term contracts with freight providers; ensure accurate purchase orders
Manage supplier shipments and verify correct freight usage
Ensure compliance and accuracy of all import/export documentation
Monitor receipt of goods for international shipments
Identify opportunities to streamline logistics and reduce costs
Own the freight budgeting process and report monthly status
Collaborate with the warehouse on BOL generation and photo documentation
Coordinate gearbox shipment schedules with logistics vendors and field service providers
Maintain clear communication with customers and internal stakeholders
Support Inside Sales Coordinator with logistics related to parts orders and field service jobs
Maintain ERP data (Sage) and core schedule documentation Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, or related field preferred
Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics management, including international freight
Proficient in ERP systems such as Sage, SAP, or Oracle
Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills (vlookup, index/match, pivot tables)
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented with a quality and customer-focused mindset
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, change-driven environment Eligibility Requirements

Must pass background check and drug screen
Must be able to work on-site in Mukwonago, WI Physical and Environmental Requirements
Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
Occasional lifting (up to 25 lbs)
