Line Technician (Contract)

PURPOSE

Responsible for executing preventive and corrective maintenance for production and packaging machines in the Operations area.

MAJOR TASKS

Perform preventive maintenance work orders (WO) on time according to the approved schedule and before the due date, using the vertical start-up concept.

Ensure preventive maintenance activities follow the task list and are marked as completed in the CMMS system.

Provide “Job Critique” feedback to support the improvement of maintenance standards.

Maintain the 5S standards in the work area and ensure proper care of maintenance tools.

Ensure all maintenance activities are carried out in compliance with quality standards (GDP) and safety regulations (K3).

Confirm that all required spare parts are prepared and available before performing preventive maintenance.

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

Education

Minimum of a D3 (Diploma) in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering.

Relevant Experience

Minimum of 2 years of work experience in the pharmaceutical industry.

Communication

Must be fluent in English, both spoken and written.
