Application Administrator
Location: Des Moines, IA (Hybrid: 2 days in office, 3 days remote)
Compensation: $60,000–$90,000 annually

This role is focused on supporting a wide array of applications within the Microsoft and IT Service Management (ITSM) ecosystem. The ideal candidate will drive workflow optimization, support system administration tasks, and serve as a customer-facing resource, including direct interaction with executives, such as the CEO. Key Responsibilities:
Application Administration
Support and manage applications such as Microsoft Teams (including Calling features), SharePoint, and ITSM platforms like Avante Neurons and ServiceNow.
Work within IT service management systems to edit and optimize workflows for improved functionality.
Lead process enhancements using ITSM tools to ensure efficiency and proper workflow management.
Microsoft Ecosystem Support
Oversee Microsoft Azure, Intune, Group Policy (GP), O365, AutoPilot, Entra, and MS Teams Calling to ensure seamless operation and user satisfaction.
Ensure the effective deployment and maintenance of Microsoft tools and services, troubleshooting issues as needed.
Customer Interaction
Act as a customer-facing representative to ensure top-tier support and communication for application-related needs.
Build rapport with senior executives, including the CEO, while addressing technical concerns and providing solutions effectively.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 5 years’ IT experience (out of at least 9 years of total professional experience).
Strong expertise in ITSM platforms (e.g., Avante Neurons, ServiceNow) with demonstrated success in optimizing workflows.
Proficiency with the entire Microsoft Stack, including Azure, Intune, O365, SharePoint, AutoPilot, Entra, and MS Teams Calling.
Strong understanding of system administration and technical problem-solving for integrated business applications.
Exceptional communication skills; ability to engage with executives and ensure customer satisfaction.
