We're looking for an experienced Continuous Improvement Manager to join our team. In this pivotal role, you'll be instrumental in increasing profitability by implementing cutting-edge continuous improvement methods, facilitating impactful events, and mentoring our talented employees.

• Facilitate High-Impact Teams: Pinpoint opportunities, develop strategies, and measure outcomes.

• Mentor & Coach for Success: Provide training in CI tools and methodologies.

• Lead Transformative Kaizen Events: Improve existing processes.

• Leverage Data for Insights: Use statistical analysis to find improvement opportunities.

• Implement Lean Manufacturing: Boost efficiencies and reduce waste.

• Be a Champion of Change: Lead by example and inspire others.

• Report & Communicate Impact: Clearly share activities, KPIs, and initiative status.

Minimum requirements for this Continuous Improvement Manager role:

• Bachelor's or technical degree in Business Administration or Engineering.

• At least 5 years of engineering or operations experience in a Food manufacturing plant.

• At least 3 years of experience using, planning, and implementing Continuous Improvement programs.
