• Mentor & Coach for Success: Provide training in CI tools and methodologies.

• Leverage Data for Insights: Use statistical analysis to find improvement opportunities.

• Implement Lean Manufacturing: Boost efficiencies and reduce waste.

• Be a Champion of Change: Lead by example and inspire others.

• Report & Communicate Impact: Clearly share activities, KPIs, and initiative status.

Minimum requirements for this Continuous Improvement Manager role:

• Bachelor's or technical degree in Business Administration or Engineering.

• At least 5 years of engineering or operations experience in a Food manufacturing plant.

• At least 3 years of experience using, planning, and implementing Continuous Improvement programs.
