Job Title: Forklift Operator and Material Handler
Job Description
Engage in general warehouse duties, including receiving, packing, and picking, while ensuring efficiency and safety within the warehouse environment.
Responsibilities
Pull parcel or LTL orders using an RF unit and paperwork.
Operate pickers, stand-up riders, and Drexel forklifts, including Crown and Rayman pickers.
Utilize a Windows-based warehouse system to look up locations and systematically pack orders.
Participate in team events and continuously seek to improve work processes.
Cross-train in various areas of the department, such as receiving, packing, and picking, to provide coverage as necessary.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Adhere to all safety and health standards.
Perform other duties as assigned.Essential Skills
Experience in receiving, packing, and picking.
Basic knowledge of warehouse functions.
Ability to count and verify items picked or packed.
Basic computer skills for performing warehouse functions.
Proficiency in English language, including grammar and spelling.
Ability to follow directions.Additional Skills & Qualifications

Work Environment
The work environment includes mild exposure to dust particles and weather elements. Employees will be required to wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as safety glasses and steel-toe shoes during their shift.

This is a Contract position based out of Chambersburg, Pennsylvania.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.87 - $18.87/hr.
