Job Description

Akkodis is seeking a Sales Development I4 for a Contract job with a client in Harrisonburg, VA. This role involves building partnerships with local restaurants through in-person field sales and driving client growth in rural and emerging markets.

Rate Range: $30/hour to $32/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Sales Development I4 job responsibilities include:

Win new business by building partnerships with local and regional restaurants in rural and emerging markets.

Conduct in-person field sales, managing a fast-paced, transactional sales cycle.

Travel regularly within the assigned territory, including overnight stays, to meet with potential partners.

Collaborate with a Regional Sales Manager and utilize sales tools to support outreach and deal closure.

Pitch client value proposition, negotiate revenue share agreements, and close deals efficiently.

Contribute to client growth strategy by identifying and developing opportunities in underdeveloped areas.

Desired Qualifications:

No specific degree required, but a background in business or sales is a plus.

Minimum of 2.5 years of sales experience, ideally in a closing role.

Willingness and ability to travel at least 50% of the time, including overnight stays.

Strong field sales skills with the ability to build partnerships and close deals in a fast-paced environment.

Pay Details: $30.00 to $32.00 per hour
