We are looking for a dynamic Sales Assistant to join our team in Blacklick, Ohio. This role requires a results-driven individual with a strong background in sales operations and team management. The ideal candidate will excel at identifying growth opportunities, streamlining processes, and fostering client relationships through both in-person and remote interactions.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

• Manage and oversee a sales pipeline, ensuring progress and accountability across the team.

• Coach, mentor, and train team members to enhance their skills and performance.

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients through face-to-face meetings and other communication channels.

• Identify inefficiencies in sales processes and implement solutions to optimize performance.

• Drive efforts to secure new business development opportunities.

• Oversee operations across multiple locations and states, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

• Collaborate with leadership to manage large-scale budgets and recurring revenue streams.

• Travel up to 50% of the time, including bi-monthly visits to headquarters.

• Stay informed on industry trends and leverage CRM and financial tools to support sales activities.• Proven experience in sales management, including team leadership and pipeline oversight.

• Proficiency with tools such as ADP Financial Services, Concur, and CRM platforms.

• Strong analytical skills with experience using Crystal Reports and other data processing tools.

• Familiarity with cash handling, buying processes, and managing complex sales cycles.

• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategies for new business growth.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with experience in client-facing roles.

• Ability to travel up to 50%, including regular visits to headquarters.

• Experience working in large-scale budget environments and recurring revenue models.
