Schedule: Mon-Fri, 40 hrs./week

Qualifications
Valid and unrestricted NP/PA license in applicable state(s) or willingness to obtain.
National certification (AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA).
Valid DEA license or eligibility upon hire.
BLS certification (or ability to obtain within 3 months).
ACLS certification (or ability to obtain within 3 months).
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with physicians to diagnose and manage patients experiencing chronic pain.
Conduct medical histories, physical exams, and implement individualized treatment plans.
Order, interpret, and follow up on diagnostic tests and studies.
Educate patients on care plans, procedures, medications, and ongoing care expectations.
Perform follow-ups to monitor progress and adjust plans as needed.
Conduct hospital consults and coordinate with referring and primary care providers.
Ensure accurate, timely documentation in electronic medical records.
Engage in marketing, staff training, and peer education initiatives.
Provide occasional coverage at affiliated clinic sites as needed.
