In this role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and maintaining data while supporting administrative tasks. Responsibilities:
• Enter and update data with precision and efficiency using 10-key and typing skills.
• Organize and maintain electronic and physical files to ensure easy access and retrieval.
• Perform basic calculations and data verification to maintain accuracy in records.
• Handle email correspondence professionally and promptly.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word to create and manage documents and spreadsheets.
• Scan and digitize paper files for electronic storage.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless workflow and task completion.
• Apply customer service skills to address inquiries or resolve issues related to data entry.• Proficiency in 10-key typing and general data entry techniques.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage files and records efficiently.
• Experience using Microsoft Excel and Word for document and spreadsheet management.
• Ability to perform basic calculations with accuracy.
• Familiarity with scanning equipment and electronic file conversion.
• Excellent communication skills, particularly in email correspondence.
