Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst with a strong background in analyzing and improving business processes to join our team in Bloomington, Minnesota. This is a Contract position where you will play a key role in identifying gaps, enhancing workflows, and supporting cross-functional initiatives. The ideal candidate will have over five years of experience and a proven ability to work in Agile environments.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct detailed gap analyses to identify areas for process improvement and recommend actionable solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
• Utilize Atlassian Jira to track project progress and manage workflows efficiently.
• Facilitate AB testing to evaluate the effectiveness of proposed changes and measure outcomes.
• Create and maintain comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) to support project deliverables.
• Leverage tools like Microsoft Excel and Word to analyze data and present findings in a clear, concise manner.
• Work within Agile Scrum teams to support iterative development and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
• Provide insights into CRM workflows and claim administration processes to enhance operational efficiency.
• Support the integration of SAP ERP systems with existing business processes.• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a detail-oriented environment.
• Proficiency in using Atlassian Jira for project tracking and collaboration.
• Strong expertise in gap analysis and drafting Business Requirement Documents (BRDs).
• Hands-on experience with AB testing methodologies and tools.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word for data analysis and reporting.
• Familiarity with Agile Scrum practices and ability to work in iterative project cycles.
• Understanding of CRM systems, claim administration, and business process functions.
• Experience with SAP ERP systems is highly desirable.
