Herrmann Ultrasonics is hiring for a CNC Programmer!

Job Profile CNC Programmer

Create offline CNC milling machine programs using MasterCAM and WinMax

Develop programs and setups in line with established tool shop standard operating procedures (SOPs)

Optimize machine cutting paths to improve efficiency and product quality

Provide detailed setup instructions for production machining operations

Reprogram ultrasonic tooling for repairs or RMAs

Follow all safety protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE)

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the tool shop to enhance manufacturing efficiencyRequirements:

Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in toolmaking or a similar precision manufacturing environment

Experience with WinMax and Mazatrol programming strongly preferred

High school diploma or equivalent required

Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across teams

Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
