About the Role:

Heid Music is proud to have a strong, values-driven team and a vibrant workplace culture. We are seeking a Senior Human Resources Generalist who will help sustain and elevate our people operations. This role supports the full spectrum of HR, including compliance, talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance development, and process improvement. You will serve as a strategic partner and an operational leader within a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.

In this role, you will:

Lead daily HR operations with attention to accuracy, consistency, and compliance

Shape recruitment strategies to support workforce planning and build high-performing teams

Deliver onboarding experiences that align with our values and accelerate employee success

Support employee relations with fairness, clarity, and responsiveness

Develop engagement programs that reflect who we are and help us evolve thoughtfully

Guide performance management and growth programs that encourage accountability and development

Leverage HR data to uncover insights and lead continuous process improvement

Champion HR process excellence by identifying inefficiencies and leading cross-functional improvement initiatives.

Develop sound HR and organization development policies, procedures, and HR measures which result in the most productive work environment and ensure compliance with all relevant federal and state requirements.

Qualifications:

5+ years of progressive HR experience in a generalist role

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field preferred

Professional certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) preferred

Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite

Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR systems
