Seeking for a Operation Controller!
Shift: Monday- Friday 8am-5pm
Requirements:
For candidates with CPA/CMA certifications, extensive ERP (Canopy) experience, or leadership experience in multi-site operations.
Duties:
Prepare, review and present monthly financial statements to the Executive Team
Responsible for on-time completion of monthly closing including GL reconciliation and journal entry posting
Ensure proper controls and processes exist and are maintained
Prepare, review and present sales projections and annual forecasts
Analyze and create ad hoc financial reports and Excel-based financial modeling & budgeting
Manage daily cash flow
Prepare monthly Borrowing Base Reports as needed
Manage capital asset purchases, leases, and depreciation schedules
Lead contact for bank, insurance, and other regulatory audits
Manage 3rd Party IT/Network provider
Collaborate within inter-department teams and manage costing of production runs including yield analysis, production, and raw material adjustments
Ensure record keeping meets the requirements of auditors and government agencies
Comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements on tax filings
Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, cost accounting and month end close
Manage, develop, coach, and mentor accounting staff
Receive and answer inquiries from vendors and suppliers by phone, fax, postal mail, and electronic mail concerning invoices and payment status
Implement new processes where necessary to ensure efficiency
