OVERVIEW:
Aramco Trading Americas (ATA), a wholly owned subsidiary of Saudi Aramco, is seeking a motivated and self-driven individual to join our team as a Treasury Analyst. The position is part of a small team handling a wide range of treasury functions to support our affiliate, Aramco Trading Americas.
The Treasury Analyst will be mainly responsible for daily cash positioning, short-term cash forecasts, bank account management, and supporting other key treasury functions.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES:
Responsible for daily cash positioning, reporting, and trouble-shooting banking related issues.
Coordinate with hydrocarbon settlement team on monthly domestic and Canadian crude settlements, prepayments, and true up settlements.
Support weekly and monthly cash forecasting; Coordinate with different affiliates and stakeholders daily to make sure liquidity is always available for operations
Responsible for daily cash investments to earn competitive returns
Manage the company’s foreign currency needs and maintains the foreign currency account
Assist with bank account management and administration
Assist with affiliate loan administration
Assist with trade finance activities, such as issuing and amending letters of credit
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting required
Minimum 5 years of experience in treasury operations
Familiarity with banking platforms, payment formats, cash flows and forecasts
Proven ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple projects
Ability to collaborate with a range of business partners to develop and achieve shared objectives
