Job Description
We are seeking an IT expert to join our team! Initially you will learn about customer systems and work with the team to resolve computer-related issues for our clients. You will be expected to advance rapidly and become the 'primary' IT manager for clients within 1 year - completing planning and systems designs. Considerable IT experience and aptitude is required. Previous MSP Experience is major consideration.
Responsibilities:
Provide technical assistance with computer hardware and software
Resolve issues for clients via phone, in person, or electronically
Recommend hardware and software improvements
Track customer issues and resolutions
Qualifications:
Previous experience in IT and customer service,
Ability to build rapport with clients
Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
Positive and professional demeanor
Mac and PC skills
Windows Server Skills
Strong working knowledge of Layer 2 and Layer 3 networking
Strong experience with G-Suite, Office 365. SFDC skills are a plus
Managed service company experience is a huge plus
