Position Overview:

As an APM/Estimator, you’ll work closely with the project management team and field employees to support the planning, coordination, and execution of drywall projects. You’ll assist with estimating and bidding new work, managing subcontractor coordination, tracking schedules, and supporting field operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in reviewing plans, specifications, and scope for drywall projects

Perform take-offs and help prepare accurate estimates and bids

Coordinate subcontractor and vendor pricing

Support the PM with submittals, RFIs, change orders, and daily project tracking

Assist with scheduling, budgeting, and cost control

Communicate with field staff, vendors, GCs, and clients to support project execution

Qualifications:

Associate’s Degree/ Bachelor's Degree

1–3 years of experience in construction (drywall experience a plus)

Familiarity with estimating software and construction drawings

Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills

Ability to handle multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.)

Valid driver’s license required
