Key Responsibilities:

Collaborating with the lead designer and cross-functional teams to execute UI design activities aligned with project goals.

Utilizing established design systems to maintain visual and functional consistency across digital products.

Creating and refining interactive prototypes using Figma to visualize user flows and interfaces.

Applying design thinking frameworks and user-centered methodologies to solve complex UX problems.

Conducting user research and usability testing to gather actionable insights and inform design decisions.

Developing wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and design specifications to guide development.

Communicating design concepts clearly through oral, written, and visual means to stakeholders.

Participating in collaborative design sessions and design reviews with cross-functional teams.

Supporting ongoing improvements to design practices, processes, and tools. Qualifications:

Bachelorâ s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field is preferred, or equivalent work experience.

3â 5 years of experience in UX/UI design, ideally in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment.

Solid foundational knowledge of UX/UI principles, design tools, and design systems.

Demonstrated ability to generate concepts and iterate quickly on design ideas.

Strong proficiency in Figma for both design and prototyping tasks.

Basic understanding of the software development lifecycle and related tools.

Familiarity with the design thinking framework and methods.

Strong oral, written, and visual communication skills.

Experience conducting user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.

Experience in the medical device or healthcare industry is a plus but not required.
