Qualifications & Description of Position/Responsibilities: * 7AM to 4 PM * Supervise and delegate work to building staff * Effectively manage the school building to ensure a safe, clean and healthy environment for students and staff * Submit work orders for needed maintenance and repairs to the building * Ability to work flexible hours * Mandatory snow removal when required * Possession of Black Seal Boiler's License Required * Valid NJ Driver's License Required Additional Information: According to NPEA contract, qualified internal candidates may apply by writing a written request to the Director of Operations Salary: $56,540 (minimum) to $70,420 (maximum) commensurate with experience Benefits as per contract: Medical, dental, flexible spending, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, professional development, mentoring.
