Regional School District 8 is accepting applications for an administrative assistant for the Director of Athletics and the Director of Curriculum and Instruction.
The schedule for this position is 12 months, Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM, and begins July 1, 2025 or as soon as possible.
This position supports the Athletic Director, the Director of Curriculum and Instruction, as well as front desk reception and attendance support at RHAM High School.
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications: * Previous administrative assistant experience preferred * Knowledge of PowerSchool, Google and Microsoft platforms (word processing and spreadsheets) school security technology and general computer use is desired.
* Strong communication and organizational skills.
* Ability to understand and follow complex oral and written instructions.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Hourly wage range is between $23.43 - $23.85 per hour.
