Project Manager

Job Summary: The Project Manager will manage the organization's portfolio of engineering projects through a team of highly skilled engineers.

Duties/Responsibilities: * Responsible for all aspects of the project lifecycle: planning, scope definition, design, execution, and delivery.

* Develops and implements project management practices, processes, methodologies, and metrics * Defines projects, identifies expected outcomes, establishes timelines, and assigns project staff * Prepares reports detailing project status and communicates updates to project stakeholders * Ensures projects are completed on time, within established quality standards, and in compliance with design specifications Required Skills/Abilities: * Ability to work as part of a team * Decision-making skills * Oral and written communication skills * Ability to build collaborative relationships * Ability to identify and seek needed information/research skills * Project scheduling/project management skills Education and Experience: * Typically requires a bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of experience * Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.

* Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, or equivalent). * In-depth understanding of the field's concepts and principles * Performs complex tasks and has some latitude for determining appropriate processes to follow Physical Requirements: * Ability to sit for prolonged periods of time
