Reset Team Lead & Merchandiser

Publix Stores – Clermont to Davenport, FL

$21/hour Full-Time No Overnight Travel

Bay Food Brokerage is looking for a full-time Reset Team Lead & Merchandiser to join our team, working in Publix stores across the Clermont–Davenport area. If you enjoy hands-on work and have experience in grocery store resets, we’d love to hear from you!

Schedule & Travel

Monday through Thursday, 5:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.

3-week rotating schedule across 12 Publix locations

No overnight travel required

Reliable transportation needed

What You’ll Do

Reset and rebuild store sections according to plan-o-grams.

Unload, sort, and restock shelves.

Ensure products are properly labeled and displayed.

Distribute plan-o-grams among the team and assign tasks.

Review resets to ensure accuracy to Publix schematics.

Work independently and as part of a team to complete resets on time.

Log and submit weekly timesheets to HR.

What We’re Looking For

At least 1 year of experience in store resets, merchandising, or a similar role.

At least 1 year of experience as a Team lead or supervisor (required).

Comfortable using retail schematics or plan-o-grams.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Ability to lift up to 20 lbs. and stay active throughout the shift.

Must have reliable transportation.

Position Details

Pay: $21 per hour

Hours: 35–40 hours/week

Shifts: Morning/day shifts only

Work locations: Publix stores between Clermont and Davenport, FL
