We deliver implementation, integration, training, and managed services across Sales Engagement, Automation, and CRM platforms to a wide range of companies, from scaling startups to mature revenue teams.
Role Overview:
This is our first dedicated SDR hire. The person in this role will focus on identifying qualified opportunities for our sales team across three areas: inbound inquiries, outbound prospecting, and our install base of past and current customers.
Youll be joining a fast-growing firm in AI and automation, supporting some of the most visible brands in tech. Youll work alongside marketing to follow up on campaigns, events, and content programs, and help shape how pipeline is created from the ground up. This role is for someone who is proactive, structured, and ready to put in the work to drive new conversations across social, email, web meetings and direct phone calls to our prospects, customers and partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Support pipeline generation from inbound inquiries, run qualifications, and schedule appointments with the right sales representative
Use sales engagement, CRM, and adopt AI tools to speed up personalize messaging and streamline communication
Coordinate closely with marketing and sales on timing, messaging, and follow-up
Capture insights and feedback from conversations to improve targeting and positioning
What Were Looking For:
2+ years of experience in a Sales Development role preferably in SaaS
Familiar with sales engagement platforms, with a preference for Gong; experience with Outreach or Salesloft is also relevant
Comfortable using Salesforce or HubSpot CRM, with preference for HubSpot
Clear, concise writer and note taker
Act with urgency and high energy to match our fast growing agency
Curious, self-starting, coachable, and able to stay focused without constant oversight
Compensation:
Full Time (Contract 1099)
Base Salary: $40,000- $50,000 / (OTE): $60,000-70,000+
