Job Type: Full-time

Pay/Salary: $14.50 per hour to start, increasing to $16.50 per hour after 90 days

Hours of Work: 2nd shift

Position Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Production Machine Operator/Inspector to join our team. In this role, you will oversee the production process, inspect product quality, and ensure smooth transitions between production cycles. This position offers growth opportunities, a structured schedule, and regular downtime intervals between tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate production machines to process products efficiently and accurately.

Inspect the quality of the finished product to ensure it meets company standards.

Remove finished products from the machine and load new rolls to begin the next production cycle.

Monitor and document production activities, addressing any issues promptly.

Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with safety guidelines.

Utilize downtime (8 to 15 minutes between production cycles) effectively to prepare for the next operation or perform other assigned tasks.

Qualifications:

Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred but not required.

Strong attention to detail and ability to identify quality discrepancies.

Basic mechanical aptitude to operate and troubleshoot machinery.

Reliable work ethic with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Flexibility to work assigned shifts and occasional overtime as needed.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.

Capability to lift and handle materials as needed during roll changes.
