Implementation Manager

Job Description

The Implementation Manager is responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of new client implementations. This role ensures a seamless onboarding experience by managing project plans, aligning internal resources, and serving as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Key responsibilities include:

Leading kickoffs and discovery sessions to gather client requirements

Developing and managing project timelines, milestones, and deliverables

Coordinating across internal teams (e.g., product, support, training) to ensure smooth execution

Proactively identifying and resolving risks or roadblocks

Communicating project status, expectations, and updates to both internal and external stakeholders

An effective Implementation Manager combines strong project management skills with client-facing experience. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple projects at once, and a solutions-focused mindset to ensure successful outcomes and client satisfaction.
