WHAT YOU'LL DO:
As an administrative assistant and scheduler, you will be responsible for creating and managing schedules for both residential and commercial projects. Each day may vary, but your core duties include being the first point of contact for customer inquiries, offering installation timelines, and advising clients on scheduling solutions. You'll work closely with builders, sales teams, and production staff to monitor the progress of job orders and ensure timely, accurate processing of work orders. Additionally, you'll handle important documentation for incoming and outgoing projects, keeping everything organized and up to date. Youâ ll also actively participate in strategic and tactical meetings, contributing to departmental improvements and supporting ongoing initiatives.
WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU:
M-F 7am-4pm (No weekends!)
$21-$24/hr DOE

WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:
Scheduling experience
Excellent communication skills
Attention to detail
Experience answering phones, typing, using scheduling software, and general computer skills
Customer service experience
