Job Details
ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities
Build and maintain scalable backend services and infrastructure powering a data-intensive fintech platform
Design and implement robust APIs and core logic for financial data products
Develop and maintain data pipelines that process millions of documents across earnings calls and filings
Contribute to the architecture of systems built for speed, reliability, and scale
Collaborate with a small, elite team of engineers with backgrounds from top startups
Own the backend for core product features and work closely with data engineering and search infrastructure
Work with TypeScript, Python, Airflow, and elasticsearch to power enterprise search features
Drive product velocity without compromising technical excellence
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related
At least 2 years of experience in software engineering and 2 years at a high-growth startup
Experience working with or building infrastructure for data pipelines, search, and distributed systems
Strong GitHub or technical portfolio demonstrating clean, high-impact engineering work
Experience working across Python and TypeScript
Previous startup experience or technical founding background a big plus
Quick learner with strong product intuition and a bias for action
