We're looking for a Purchasing Assistant who thrives in a team-focused culture and takes pride in contributing to a greater purpose. This role offers a mix of administrative and strategic support, with room to grow and make your mark.
What You'll Do:
Manage and process purchase orders; maintain inventory and purchasing databases
Ensure purchases comply with internal policies and external regulations
Utilize purchasing and inventory software effectively and assist in training others
Collaborate with multiple satellite locations throughout Dayton
Support the Purchasing Manager with additional projects and tasks as needed
What We're Looking For:
Minimum 3 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or related fields
Associate's degree in accounting, finance, or business preferred
High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a proactive mindset
Comfortable learning new systems and sharing knowledge with others
