Location: Onsite – Ocean Springs, MS
Pay: $14+/hour (Based on Experience)
Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

What You’ll Do
As the Administrative Assistant, you’ll be essential to keeping operations organized and running smoothly. You’ll support accountants and leadership while also serving as a professional and welcoming point of contact with clients.
Greet clients and answer incoming calls
Schedule appointments and manage staff calendars
Handle data entry, document preparation, and filing
Collect and organize client paperwork
Maintain client records and files in line with firm procedures
Assist with document processing during tax season
Perform basic bookkeeping and support accounting staff as needed
Manage office supplies and organization
Work independently and manage daily priorities with minimal supervision
What We’re Looking For
1+ year of administrative support experience (professional office preferred)
QuickBooks knowledge is required and will be assessed
Basic accounting experience is highly preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Comfortable working independently in a quiet office setting
