We have partnered with a Manufacturing company in the Columbia, MO area to provide them with a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager (FP&A Manager). Please review the description below and let us know if you are interested.

Prioritized Must Have Skills for the Financial Planning and Analysis Manager:

#1. Bachelor’s degree in business management, Finance, or related degree

#2. 7–10 years of relevant financial analysis experience, ideally with exposure to manufacturing or similar industries

#3. Must be a self-starter, with a continual desire to improve personal and company performance.

#4. Must have extensive skills with data analysis, critical thinking, problem solving and relationship building.

#5. Must have a few years of leadership/management experience

Requirements for the Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Analyst:

Bachelor’s degree in business management, Finance, or related degree

7-10 years’ experience

Must be a self-starter, with a continual desire to improve personal and company performance.

Must have extensive skills with data analysis, critical thinking, problem solving and relationship building.

Very strong computers skills are required. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are required. Microsoft Office is a must.

Experience with ERP and Forecasting systems is highly desirable. Must be able to demonstrate high level of capability and learning for various computer systems.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as a team and articulate suggestions/ideas and financial results are critical to success.

Must be able to manage multiple deliveries and deadlines simultaneously.

Regular and predictable attendance is required.

Some work is required in "off-hours" for business meetings/company events.

Ability to sit for prolonged periods of time in front of a computer.

Ability to move about facility on regular basis to perform physical activities, such as, but not limited to, lifting heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs. unassisted), bending, standing, climbing or walking.

Visual and hearing acuity.

Other Key Requirements:

100% onsite

No sponsorships or visa holders. No Corp-to-Corp.

Must be willing to relocate to Columbia, MO. Relo package available.
